COURT RULES

Separately published paperback volumes of courts rules for many states contain the current version of the rules or code of ethics. You can find Washington State court rules online:

American Bar Association's Center for Professional Reponsibility provides a Links of Interest page (see below). This page provides an alphabetical listing of all states, with links to bar associations, rules of professional conduct, and ethics opinions. This site is very good for tracking changes to state codes.

Use the search box at the top of the page, enter the name of the state followed by "rules of professional conduct" -- a link to the relevant sections of the state annotated code should appear in your results list.

Go to the page Search and Browse All Legal Content, select Jurisdiction to find the desired state, and then browse to Court Rules to locate Rules of Professional Conduct (where available).
