American Indian Law

American Indian Law research is complex and challenging. This guide covers U.S. statutes, tribal codes, case law, and secondary sources.

Title 25 of the United States Code

Title 25 of the United States Code and the annotated versions, United States Code Annotated and United States Code Service contain most of the federal statutes. Title 18 contains criminal statutes. The same material can be found in Lexis Advance, Westlaw, HeinOnline, Bloomberg Law, and ProQuest Congressional.
