The library has 18 study rooms available for use. Students wanting to reserve a study room must do so at schedule.gonzaga.edu. After signing in, look to the left-hand bar and click "Create a Reservation" > "Request a Law School Study Room". Study rooms reservations are only good for up to 4 hours. In most study rooms, groups have priority over individuals, and may ask individuals to leave. Reservations are forfeited if parties are 15 minutes late and someone else has claimed the room.
Study rooms are exclusively for the use of law students, faculty, and staff. Personal possessions and library books must be removed when the room is no longer in use. Unattended items may be removed by staff.
All other law library policies apply to study rooms.
These study rooms are not soundproof so please be aware of the noise level when working as a group.
Study rooms may be reserved for moot court competition teams, accommodated exams, and other library or law school uses. These reservations must be made in advance through the library director. During exam periods, some study rooms may be reserved by the Registrar’s Office for ADA compliant exams.
